The last pic is Claire @ 4months old. Paige is 6 months as of last Saturday but they are the same size/weight in these pics. Claire was a bit bigger which is why she grew into her summer dress in January (hence the long sleeves)! Wow, it's amazing how different they look especially due to Paige's red headed coloring. I always see the same smile and mouth though and when Paige smiles I am reminded of exactly how I felt when Claire was this age and smiled at us. It's the same bright face but looking at these pictures I really see their differences too. They are both so beautiful.

Claire had show and tell today and brought Lightening McQueen and Red the firetruck from CARS. She was so excited to bring her pals to school. It was her day to bring snack too so she was the big helper and passed out napkins. Her teacher told me after class how great Claire is doing and it really made my heart smile SO big. I seriously teared up on the car ride home! So proud!!

She is practicing her sitting up and she is getting better every day. It won't be long now. Then mobility won't be far after....omg...not ready for that. I am enjoying this baby phase SO much and eating up every second that she is this little. This has been easy street. No discipline, no control issues about clothes or shoes, no eating picky-ness. I know she has to grow up and I know things will change and she will hit milestones (good and bad) but I can't help but want her to be my baby forever. With your first baby (for most of us anyways), you are scrambling trying to figure things out and it all seems overwhelming. I didn't leave the house with Claire for the first 2 months!! LOL! That's crazy talk for the 2nd baby...well, that's kind of crazy period! This go round has proven to be so much easier and yes, happier. I guess I also know now how fast this baby time goes by and I just want it to slow down. The smiles and kicking her legs with excitement in her crib when I enter the room each morning...BEST FEELING EVER!!

Pretty soon she'll be an amost 4yr old like big sis! I can't believe that is just around the corner. My sweet big sister girl.

Aunt Carolyn made Paige a quilt like Claire's. She loves it!! I am so glad they each have their own special quilt.

Bath time! This made me very nervous but it was cute!!

Back to dance class after a year hiatus! She was really excited about it too! I wasn't sure since it had been a long break and she isn't the girly girl tu-tu wearing ballet type but she does LOVE to dance. She was a pro in class yesterday. Totally focused and trying so hard to get all the steps. It was awesome! She had one fall and hit her head on the hard floor but she was a trooper and went back into class.

We had a fun weekend with friends and family. We celebrated Uncle Tom's birthday with a Sunday fajita dinner and yummy margaritas. The whole family was here except for Ken (in NYC). Great to see everyone and watch the girls get lots of loving.

Don't be fooled, she loves her jumperoo but she doesn't jump!! I guess it's just not her cup of tea. She just stands, plays, and smiles. A light bounce suits her fine if I bounce her but otherwise she curls her legs up like hell to the no I am not jumping! So funny! Claire was 16 weeks and jumped her brains out. My sweet, mellow Paige with all that red hair.

And the laugh.........well, it's just infectious!
